Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Land Surveyor to take on the lead role in the company, contributing to our growing portfolio of boundary, topographical, construction, and 3D mapping surveys. This position will involve conducting accurate boundary, topographical, construction layout surveys, and 3D mapping using the latest land surveying technologies.
- Conduct accurate boundary, topographical, construction layout surveys, and 3D mapping.
- Utilize GPS, total stations, robotic instruments, and 3D laser scanners.
- Analyze and interpret survey data, preparing detailed reports and survey drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with local, state, and national surveying standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date field data, measurements, and findings records.
The Preferred Candidate Will Have:
- 5-10 years of professional experience in land surveying.
- Proficient in using modern surveying equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, methods, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional professional references and an innate ability to forge positive long-term relationships.
