We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics to join our team, who can demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification, and has experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, Azure DevOps, and Cloud technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation projects, designing and configuring sector specific templates, and ensuring alignment with our company's ISMP. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft ERP or CRM functional capabilities, Cloud technologies, integration tools and technologies, Power Platform technologies, automated testing tools such as RSAT, and software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery of D365 end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support & reporting.
- Responsible for all aspects of relevant workstream of implementation, ensuring area processes align to our firm's ISMP.
- Design and configure sector specific templates to enhance out of the box Dynamics functionality.
- Active involvement with Data Migration strategy and design.
Requirements:
- Degree Level of Education or higher.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
- 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services/consulting firm.
- Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams.
- Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams.
- Must have led multiple projects from end-to-end in a functional capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more other languages will be considered an asset.
