Job Description

The Digital Insights Analyst will utilize digital tools and analytics to provide valuable insights that drive business growth globally. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data from various sources, developing reports for internal clients, and enhancing the team's analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, such as web and email analytics, social media listening data, advertising performance data, and survey research data.
  • Reviewing published and syndicated public opinion research studies, summarizing trends, and providing insights.
  • Project managing and consulting on syndicated and custom research to assess clients' reputation, advertising, and communications effectiveness.
  • Developing data visualizations and PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings.
  • Evaluating and advancing new analytical tools, data sources, and analytical processes to enhance business performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau. They should also have expertise in web analytics, social media listening/engagement, and native social analytics platforms. A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent is required, along with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
