As a Senior Technology Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for commercial technology solutions at IQVIA Argentina. Your main goal will be to ensure the financial performance of assigned customer segments and establish IQVIA's credibility as a leading provider of enterprise-wide technology solutions.
Main Responsibilities
• Accountable for large-scale, multi-country technology implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Set strategic agendas and drive global account planning to achieve financial and non-financial targets.
• Build and deepen strategic client relationships within defined accounts.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• 5-8 years of related experience in consulting or services delivery, ideally in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
• Solid project management, client influencing, and relationship building skills.
• Strong technical architecture/design or development experience desired.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.
