Job Title: Call Center Agent

This is a remote position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a 24/7 operations environment.
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Convert inbound calls to leads and later to towing jobs.
