Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls, handling payment disputes and resolutions, building positive relationships with customers, and monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback.
You will also be required to maintain and optimize response templates for efficiency, work securely with customers' sensitive information, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements- Native German and advanced English language skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably for e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in handling ticketing systems and social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Fixed schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-6 PM, CET
