Job Summary

As a Culinary Specialist with Marriott International, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food purchasing, and inventory management.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet kitchen production goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
