About the Role
This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Software Delivery Consultant. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in application performance management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance their Dynatrace platform deployments.
- Mentor and train customers on the use of the Dynatrace platform and best practices.
- Assist sales teams in identifying new opportunities for product and services at customer sites.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software delivery and application performance management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT working experience in areas such as Application Performance Management, application monitoring, network administration, system administration, performance engineering/testing, or development in Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and distributed applications.
- Solid knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
