In this role, you will be responsible for cluster ownership, including planning and optimization skills. You will ensure coverage control post-swap and improve degraded KPIs, troubleshoot KPIs, and provide quality reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in radio access telecommunications, mainly in optimization. They will have a clear understanding of call processing, handover processes, and algorithms, as well as solid knowledge of Wireless Communications Network: CS/PS/RAN technologies. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with team members and work well in a team environment.
You will also be responsible for investigating service failures, analyzing logs, and resolving RF optimization issues. Additionally, you will offer technical assistance for customer inquiries and issues, share experience with team members, and adhere to internal rules, regulations, and company policies.
