We are looking for a talented Electrical Project Consultant to join our team in Chile. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for pipeline and sales growth of SE in the country. You will own the relationship with our customers and develop and implement the local commercial strategy for strategic DF accounts.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute operating plans for penetration rates and prescription actions.
- IDentify and prioritize areas to penetrate and grow our presence in project portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
- Act as a conduit for solutions, providing in-depth understanding of customers' business models and how Schneider's products, software, and services create value.
- Analyze market trends and needs to ensure ongoing competitiveness of existing offers by understanding customer needs and shifts in demand and translating those into actionable plans.
- Develop clear communications strategies (internally and externally).
- 3+ years of consultative selling experience on Electrical projects with Engineering/Design firms.
- Professional degree with Electrical or Electromechanical background.
- High-level network with Engineering Firms/Design firms in Chile and a proven track record of success.
