**Job Summary:**
Elliott Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records through regular cycle counting and verification processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct scheduled cycle counts to verify physical inventory against computer records
- Research and document inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and resolve issues
- Report discrepancies and damaged products to supervision
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience in shipping and receiving
- Organized thought process with ability to produce accurate results and effective prioritization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math
- Must be able to pass the forklift certification test and drive a forklift or machinery on a daily basis
- Bilingual preferred
**Physical Requirements:**
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about the facility
- Regularly utilizes depth perception, peripheral vision, and close focus
- Occasionally required to lift up to 70 lbs. and consistently 55lbs while stooping, kneeling, reaching, and carrying inventory
