Job Description
The VP, People will be responsible for driving the people practices and business strategy for our US workforce. This role will oversee one direct report and collaborate with other People leaders to best guide our employees, enhance processes, and drive organizational change initiatives. Key responsibilities include fostering a work environment conducive to success, creating a culture of inclusion and growth, and implementing and supporting initiatives centered on Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and People operations and experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need 10+ years of experience as an HR Professional with experience managing teams. You should be a strategic and hands-on leader with passionate leadership and relationship-building skills. Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential, as well as experience with US labor and employment topics, core HR functions, and policies. A high level of ownership, execution, confidentiality, and attention to detail are also necessary.
