At Hasbro, we're seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Products division, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and developing distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with agencies to lead Hasbro's business at various distribution points of sales in channels.
- Consolidate the new business model and understand distribution channels based on multiformat specialization.
- Develop and execute store segmentation strategies to execute our brands according to budget and understand Chile channel strategy.
- Consolidate the new partner commercial structure and team to grow Sell Out Mindset.
- Analyze data to find customer and brand opportunities.
- Help build our channel strategy through forecasting processes, understanding portfolio to build share by country/channel.
- Lead sales and marketing teams to inspire partnership across commercial areas.
- Lead customers to grow our business through constant communication and negotiation.
- Manage COB lines, including exhibitions, marketing, and corporate mark downs.
- Negotiate with partners and retailers to invest in our brands.
- Develop people and team building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Marketing, or similar.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail channel sales or trade marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Atlas, Microsoft Teams, and database management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Understanding of commercial and financial KPIs.
- Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Data understanding and analysis skills.
