Job Title: Ethical Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ethical Compliance Specialist to join our team at QIMA. As an Ethical Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers to assess compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit manufacturing sites to assess compliance with labor laws and ethical standards, focusing on labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other relevant areas.
• Conduct thorough investigations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and record all findings in detailed reports for clients.
• Review documentation, such as payroll and contracts, to verify compliance with regulations.
• Conduct employee interviews to gather insights on working conditions and labor rights.
• Identify and report non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions to ensure sustained improvements.
• Stay informed on regulations and participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise.

Requirements:

• A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related major.
• Strong knowledge of audits programs, such as SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, BSCI, or SMETA.
• Work experience in 3rd party auditing.
• APSCA RA level is preferred.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
