Key Responsibilities
- Manage a subset of implementations, API review, testing support, and go live support.
- Test APIs if needed to gather additional details or to determine correct structure of API for mapping or coding.
- Research API documentation when we need to do a sweeping upgrade to add reason codes for instance, or add additional fields to the API.
- Reach out to DB Schenker land carriers if additional info is needed or information is missing from their docs.
- Monitor existing integrations for enhancements and upgrades.
- Review data logs to spot trends and gaps with existing integrations.
- Maintain prompt, ongoing, and accurate communications to customers and 3rd party stakeholders throughout the course of a reported issue.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills).
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, APIs (XML and JSON).
- SaaS or software and/or logistics industry experience, preferred.
- Organized – would be required to keep track of above activities within Confluence or Sharepoint.
- Basic understanding of API connection.
- Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Ability to quickly grasp technology and use it to solve problems.
- Ability to manage own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
