Merchandiser - Global Product Placement Specialist

About the Role
The Merchandiser I is a key member of the Women of the Vine & Spirits team, responsible for executing merchandising activities, constructing displays, and stocking products in retail accounts as requested by sales teams or retail customers. This role plays a critical part in achieving display objectives and ensuring all company products are properly displayed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build visually appealing displays that drive sales and brand awareness
- Maintain strong relationships with retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Ensure all company products are properly displayed, stocked, and facing
- Install point-of-sale materials as directed, effectively communicating brand messaging
- Stock products on shelves, displays, and cold boxes as necessary, maintaining a high level of product availability
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team
Requirements
- One year of experience in a related field, such as retail or sales
- Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance on their vehicle in compliance with company requirements
Physical Demands
- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs
