Store Leadership Opportunity

Skechers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including sales, inventory management, employee development, and customer service. You will work closely with our regional teams to implement visual merchandising strategies, manage inventory levels, and drive sales performance.

We are looking for an experienced retail professional who can build a high-performing team, develop and execute sales plans, and foster a positive and inclusive store environment.

• Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and receive personalized support.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement visually appealing store displays and windows, creating an engaging brand image that drives sales and attracts new customers.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and identify opportunities to optimize stock holding and reduce waste.
• Employee Development: Develop and train your team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
• Operations: Oversee store operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and customer transactions.

• Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Retail Expertise: Strong knowledge of the retail industry, including sales strategies, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve store performance.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines.

Skechers offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
