Spool Production Inspector

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Spool Production Inspector to join our team in San Bernardo. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our spool production meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspect products in process and/or finished goods according to plans, technical specifications, and inspection policies.
• Inspect and approve or reject raw materials, parts, equipment, or other items regarding quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Responsible for inspecting procedures throughout the entire production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform inspections, checking and examining product samples regularly. You may conduct visual inspections or use technical equipment.
• Execute the recording of control activities performed, with the aim of evidencing results and preparing quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality standards in manufacturing processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional/Technical degree, studies or training in: Quality Control, Metal Mechanical Production, Machine Tools or related to the position.
• Experience in factory inspection of spools, ISO, ASTM, ASME regulations related to materials and processes.
• 3 years of experience developing functions of similar responsibility.
• Interpretation of plans and reading of technical specifications.
