NHS National Services Scotland delivers a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions, employing around 40,000 staff. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care services to over 1.15 million people.
This is a full-time post with a shift pattern of 5 days over 7. The post is fixed-term until the end of March 2025. To be successful, you will need to be educated to Diploma/Degree level in either Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy and registered with HCPC.
We are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Acute team on a full-time temporary basis. You should have significant post-graduate experience and relevant previous clinical experience. This post involves a complex and varied caseload, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning.
You will be clinically responsible for rotational staff and support worker staff, managing staff on a daily basis. This post may require working extended hours and participating in seven-day shifts.
