Business Technology Platform Partner

About the Role:
This position will focus on ensuring our customers' success with SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will proactively engage with assigned customers to drive adoption, retention, and loyalty. As a Senior Advisor, you will provide expertise in digital transformation, advising on technical and business architectures. You will also analyze customer needs, execute consumption plans, and provide recommendations for optimal solution use aligned with SAP's strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to increase their consumption of SAP BTP services
- Coordinate activities with Account Teams to build joint outcome-based plans and deliver mutual understanding of IT architecture and business value
- Deliver expertise in digital transformation and advise on technical and business architectures
- Serve as primary point of contact and orchestrate success resources across SAP and customers
- Analyze customer needs and execute consumption plans
- Provide recommendations for optimal solution use aligned with SAP's strategy and roadmap
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in areas such as Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, or Consulting
- Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms (PaaS) and providers
- Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions
- Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives
- Multi-lingual skills are a plus, depending on the region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
