What You'll Do:

  • Conduct thorough ESG research, gathering data, creating visualizations, and analyzing market trends using Excel.
  • Research company news, financial data, and industry reports to stay up-to-date on market developments.
  • Analyze companies' strengths and weaknesses based on industry, business, financial, and ESG risk factors.
  • Regularly update client databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Become proficient in building and forecasting financial statements for various companies.
  • Develop engaging written reports and presentations in English for clients worldwide.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in finance and ESG-related roles.
  • Graduate degree in business administration, finance, economics, or accounting, plus relevant certifications like CFA Level 1 or Master's in Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial modeling and quantitative data analysis.
  • Excellent Excel skills (VBA/programming not required).
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced multicultural teams, handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible to adapt to changing client needs and workload requirements.
