Early Childhood Education Leader

About this Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as a Room Leader at our new centre in Manly West, QLD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team and set the daily flow of the room
• Guide and lead the team members
• Assign responsibilities to team members
• Set up engaging & safe learning environments
• Role model respectful relationships with children and high-quality practice
• Build systems and processes within your room to support a smooth day for every team member and child and to ensure the safety of all children and team members

Requirements

• A Bachelor in Early Childhood
• Experience and passion for leading a team
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience working in the early childhood sector in an ECT role
