Job Summary:

This experienced Site Manager will oversee the execution of construction, installation, and maintenance activities for our critical communications systems, ensuring timely project completion and delivering exceptional results.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve project risks and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
