Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Control Inspector at QIMA, you will be working closely with our Operations team to deliver industry-leading services to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inspections of merchandise to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards;
- Communicating effectively with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns;
- Preparing and submitting inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner;
- Collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in quality management, particularly in the hardlines sector;
- Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and professionalism.
