We are seeking a highly skilled Shopify Merchandiser to join our dynamic e-commerce team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the meticulous management of our product catalogue, strategic merchandising of collections, and seamless integration of Shopify apps.

Your primary focus will be on auditing and optimising our website, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the overall success of our online store.

• Product Catalogue Management: Conduct daily website and product audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and visual appeal, proposing improvements where necessary.
• Collection Merchandising: Curate and merchandise collections in line with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and inventory levels to maximise sales and customer engagement.
• Shopify App Management: Evaluate, select, and manage Shopify apps to enhance site functionality and improve customer experience.
• Data Analysis: Generate and analyse sales data and website user behaviour reports to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with tech and marketing teams to communicate website needs, coordinate updates, and launch new features or campaigns.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent English communication skills.
• E-commerce Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, focusing on product management and merchandising.
• Shopify App Expertise: Experience with Shopify apps, their evaluation, integration, and management.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product listings and catalogue management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report generation.
• SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO optimisation for product listings and collections is a plus.
• Data Analysis: Experience in analysing sales data and website performance metrics.
