As a key member of our team at Oracle Hong Kong, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical expertise to customers through CSS projects and services. This role requires an individual who can work independently with exceptional communication skills while consistently achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
This position demands a strong understanding of Oracle Database technologies, including experience with Oracle Database RAC, Dataguard, and Oracle Golden Gate. You will also need to have working knowledge of IaaS and PaaS technologies, ideally OCI, as well as proficiency in Puppet, Ansible, Chef, or Terraform.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent is essential.
- No less than 6 years of prior experience in related fields before taking on this position.
- Demonstrated expertise in installing, configuring, and tuning Oracle Database RAC, Dataguard, and Oracle Golden Gate.
- Familiarity with IaaS and PaaS technologies, preferably OCI.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Puppet, Ansible, Chef, or Terraform.
- A Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar field is highly desirable.
