At Colgate-Palmolive, we are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Executive to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating with logistical operators to implement displays and manage the daily activities related to the distribution of POP materials across various regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with logistics operators for display implementation and daily activity support.
  • Coordinate the shipment and distribution of POP materials to various regions, consolidating and validating shipments with involved areas for purchase order creation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills to manage promotional material stock, provide assistance across multiple departments in developing diverse promotional materials, and supervise the coverage and efficiency of POP material implementations.

This role involves managing annual and temporary in-store displays based on commercial agreements and specific campaigns, maintaining and updating files with complete information on display locations, and providing photographic backup of campaigns and implementations using Google Drive for storage.

The successful candidate will also assist in meetings with merchandisers to clarify guidelines, share priorities, and receive feedback on implemented materials, manage OCB implementation in coordination with Instore and CATMAN teams, and participate in the entire process of OCB creation and implementation including client meetings for proposal approvals.

Additionally, this role involves evaluating and defining the production of Evergreen materials based on sales requirements, supervising approved requests, handling and supervising promotional material stock to meet 100% of point-of-sale requirements, and providing support to various departments in developing diverse promotional materials.

The Trade Marketing Executive will track and document monthly material coverage and implementations with the sales, marketing, and regional teams, manage and input purchase orders for Evergreen materials and other requirements, consolidate shipments from all company areas for monthly purchase order generation, update sales requirement spreadsheets and track progress, and participate in national training sessions for merchandisers.

This role also involves developing POP materials for all annual campaigns based on marketing and sales requirements, downloading and sharing artwork with suppliers, approving materials for the region and sharing with sales to define quantities, coordinating material production and implementation/shipment, and providing photographic documentation of campaigns.

The successful candidate will innovate new POP materials and seek alternative anti-gapping solutions, share best practices monthly with the region, and constantly search for cost-saving opportunities negotiating with suppliers to maintain exhibition quality while finding economical materials.

This role requires defining, managing, and controlling the annual budget for Evergreen materials, supporting the annual MKT and CATMAN budget planning for Oral and Personal Care, aiding in new product launches and other marketing activities, participating in store checks to find opportunities and review CP and competitor areas, and supporting shopper programs planning.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with at least +2 years of experience working with POP materials and strategies, and at least +2 years of experience working in the commercial area/trade marketing or related fields.
