About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team at Fortinet. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing advanced security solutions for our customers in Latin America.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical guidance and support to our sales engineers, resellers, and distributors to help them close deals and deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in pre-sales design reviews and provide technical guidance to field systems engineers.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to identify and develop features critical to our success.
  • Participate in the design of secure IP networks and create superior solutions in competitive environments.
  • Provide training to system engineers at various events worldwide and mentor SE specialists within virtual teams.
  • Serve as a virtual team leader and represent the sales organization from a technical perspective at various meetings and committees.
  • Create technical documents that can help partners perform better/quicker demo presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Minimum ten years of technical experience in networking/computing.
  • Extensive experience designing, building, and supporting advanced security solutions in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong network and security skills, including hands-on experience with top security vendors.
  • Good understanding of networking technologies.
