About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dedicated Field Engineer to join our Global Delivery & Operations team at Orange Business Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers across various countries, including the USA, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our customers' network and infrastructure issues.
- Work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Manage equipment inventory control across different countries.
- Collaborate with our operations team to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Cisco, Fortinet, and Huawei technologies, as well as experience in security, routing and switching, wireless, collaboration, and data centers. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
