About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Coordinator to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality execution of warehouse operations, copacking, and digitalization processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and automate logistics reports using data analysis tools (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to copacking and logistics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement process improvements in copacking through resource optimization and workflow streamlining.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure strategic alignment of logistics strategies with supply chain needs.
- Design interactive dashboards facilitating data visualization and analysis for decision-making purposes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, copacking, or similar roles.
- Experience in digitalization and automation of processes.
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Excel advanced (dynamic tables, macros, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking oriented to continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effective communication, and teamwork.
- Proactivity and results-oriented approach.
