As a Critical Systems Incident Response Expert, you will be responsible for providing support to the Critical Systems Incident Response team and playing a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical systems.
Key responsibilities include leading the major incident resolution process, providing technical support and response, and coordinating recovery actions and plans. You will also ensure that accurate timelines of activities on major incidents are documented and execute notifications as defined in the Major Incident Management Procedure.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
