Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled Solar Inverter & Portable Power Station Technical Specialist to join our team in Chile. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to customers, installers, and retailers, as well as collaborating with our headquarters to improve product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the technical aspects of products in Chile, ensuring rapid response to customer requests and providing swift solutions through on-site field service as needed.
  2. Support installers with product installation, monitoring, and maintenance, while summarizing information about competitors' products and services.
  3. Conduct training sessions for retailers, installers, etc., on product features, operation, and warranty procedures.

Requirements

  • A degree in Electronics or a related field is desired, along with relevant work experience in the electronics industry.
  • Spanish fluency is mandatory, with English or Chinese proficiency required for internal communication.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
  • The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, an active attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Santiago is the designated work location.
