Restaurant Team Lead

Lead a team of service professionals in the dynamic and fast-paced wine industry. As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Riboli Family Wines, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Riboli Family Wines is a renowned winery and restaurant, dedicated to serving authentic Italian cuisine and showcasing our extensive wine collection. We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager who can lead by example, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of customer service.

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 per year for this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily service operations, training staff on wine knowledge, and promoting company culture. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Italian wines and elevated service standards, is highly preferred.

1. Work closely with upper management to execute comprehensive service goals and develop people.
2. Lead by example, executing proper service standards and protocols.
3. Train service staff on menu, wine list, and service standards.
4. Manage daily service, communicate company initiatives, and uphold policies promoting company culture.
5. Ensure effective onboarding, performance management, and staff retention.
6. Balancing operational and administrative responsibilities.
7. Maintaining payroll data and ensuring end-of-day reporting and cashouts are completed correctly.
8. Inventory and ordering of supplies.
9. Providing strong leadership to FOH departments, training, and developing teams.
10. Fostering excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

• 3 years of experience as a Floor Manager, preferably in LA restaurants.
• Previous leadership experience and knowledge of Italian wine and cuisine.
• Excellent communication skills, passion for learning, and ability to handle a busy environment.
• Prioritizing guest needs and possessing superior people skills.

You must be able to take directions well, have experience with Toast, Excel, and Word, and hold ServSafe certification. A valid RBS/ABC certificate is also required.
