We are part of the 2024 Global Cleantech 100 list, recognized for our contribution to accelerating the water sector's transition to net zero. We are seeking a passionate and experienced sales professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing our sales pipeline, evaluating and prioritizing prospect opportunities to maximize sales of net new customers. You will also develop customized strategies to structure, negotiate, and close deals for each customer, analyzing existing and new business opportunities to understand market conditions, product requirements, demand for products, and resource requirements.

• You will own our sales pipeline management, hone and deliver our customer messaging and value proposition, and build strong relationships with our customers.
• You will take a hands-on approach to improving every stage of the sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to closing.
• You will collaborate with other internal teams, especially Marketing, to achieve a common goal in improving demand generations and growing market share.

We are looking for a hunter mentality and experience in B2B sales within the water industry. You should have a university degree in business administration or equivalent experience, and 3-5 years of experience in sales operations and pipeline management.

We offer a competitive salary package estimated at $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide benefits that include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
