About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for being an interface between the Procurement and Engineering teams. You will drive procurement knowledge (market, suppliers, external intelligence) into the development process to optimize engineering cost, quality, and technology.
You will showcase your expertise by translating engineering requests into procurement parameters for execution. This role contributes to the Process Automation Business Area in Chile.
- You will support Sales teams searching for alternatives, both technically and commercially viable, to drive and expedite delivery according to ABB's Third Party Management policies.
- You will support project demands as required (purchasing activities, inquiries, etc.).
- You will guarantee a smooth follow-up process in accordance with the project's requirements and dynamics.
- You will ensure the invoice and payment processes according to project milestones and work successfully executed.
