Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Senior Cost Estimator Engineer to join our team in Santiago.
This individual will lead the development of cost estimates, analyze unit prices, and generate deliverables in line with internal procedures.
- Develop cost estimates, ranging from Class 5 to Class 1 estimates.
- Perform unit price analysis.
- Generate deliverables with technical and formal quality.
- Prepare necessary information, such as Estimation Bases, Capex reports, Opex reports, or any other required for each service.
- Maintain a database for use in future similar projects.
- Understand the scope of the service and the client.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
Key qualifications include:
- A professional degree in Industrial, Civil, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Cost Estimation.
- Advanced proficiency in Mining Clients Estimation Templates; Excel, preferably Power BI.
- Knowledge and skills in risk analysis and estimating software.
- Teamwork orientation, cooperation, and customer focus.
- Problem-solving focus, with minimal supervision.
