The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Sr Technical Consultant to partner with our internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional consulting services to our clients in LATAM. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers and partners to guide implementation projects and ensure they meet our high standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Salesforce customer account teams to ensure customers achieve success with our platform.
- Act as a technical expert and provide guidance on best practices for implementation and customization.
- Deliver billable technical consulting and advisory services, including workshops, design/code reviews, architecture, training, and enablement.
- Assess customer business and technology requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Engage in planning, organization, and leadership roles within customer and partner project teams.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consulting or professional services delivery role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with intermediate-level Spanish and English language proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
- Technical expertise in cloud platforms, integration, and related technologies.
