Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Translating selected documents from English into Spanish and English into Portuguese.
• Becoming well-versed in the specific topics and terminology discussed in the source texts.
• Communicating with the client on a regular basis to organize workflow and define priorities.
• Becoming familiar with the translation software used by the team; maintaining and managing translation memories.
• Requesting translated content to be posted on the client's website.
• Assisting the client in the preparation and promotion of online and in-person events.
• Helping the client promote content and events via email campaigns.
• Coordinating with a design agency to request and produce promotional images and other materials.

Requirements:

• Advanced written communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in English to Spanish and English to Portuguese translation.
• Proven strength or experience working in translation, specifically in Spanish and Portuguese.
• Experience using translation software such as Wordfast, MemoQ, or Trados.
• Impeccable organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
