**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for talent acquisition and management in the Commercial & Support area of South America. You will work closely with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners to ensure a robust talent acquisition process with various projects such as interns and trainees.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for RPOs and will be responsible for executing end-to-end talent acquisition processes. You will also support the execution of onboarding programs and develop the annual Talent Acquisition plan for the Business Unit.
Furthermore, you will help execute the Employee Branding strategy by developing relationships with study centers or government entities, and assist in managing the social media annual strategy plan.
**Responsibilities:**
- Execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition process.
- Be the first point of contact with RPOs.
- Ensure a robust talent acquisition process with different projects such as Interns and Trainees.
- Support execution of onboarding.
- Develop (with input from HRBPs) the annual Talent Acquisition plan for the BU and manage the Recruitment Budget.
- Assist in executing the Employee Branding strategy by developing relationships with study centers or government entities.
- Support the teams of Communication, Talent Development, and Rewards & Compensation with activities.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas.
- 3+ years of experience working in talent acquisition processes and with people management areas.
- Advanced English (a part of the interview will be conducted in English).
