About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Engineer to join our team at Canal del Futuro SPA. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our broadcast services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain technical signals transmitted and received by the channel, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and maintaining high standards of live transmission.
  • Design, implement, and configure technical resources used in various operations or new projects, in accordance with channel requirements or programming.
  • Resolve technical issues in the broadcast chain, providing efficient solutions to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Supervise events to ensure compliance with our station's standards and instruct production teams on the basic use of broadcast equipment, ensuring technical functionality required for daily productions.

Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: Electronic Engineering, Electronics Technician, or similar.
  • Experience: Television signal flow, video compression, signal transport, knowledge of IP networks, satellites, and microwaves, monitoring, conversion, and routing in video, audio, and microphony.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles in TV.

Desirable Skills

  • Intermediate or Advanced English.
