- Distill complex results or processes into simple, clear visualizations to communicate findings effectively

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful engagement outcomes
- PhD or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, machine learning, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, with a strong background in advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data and translate it into actionable business insights
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a project-based environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
