We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations, ensuring efficient project execution and effective results.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and monitor project outcomes, providing coaching, guidance, and accountability to employees as needed.
  2. Coordinate and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
  3. Foster a reliable work environment by developing personal relationships with team members and identifying growth opportunities.
  4. Analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
  5. Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Proactively identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
  7. Support strategic plans for implementing technologies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
  2. Extensive IT industry experience, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  5. Good English language proficiency for effective global communication.
  6. Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
