About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at A&T Administraciones. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
