The Role
We're seeking a skilled Reports Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our reporting department, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports that provide valuable insights and legislative information to support various client requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs, analyse data sources, and create visually appealing and accurate reports using report writing tools, database systems, and programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop reports using SSRS and DevExpress.
  • Develop SQL queries or use other programming languages to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reports meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support to internal users as needed.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: C# or VB.NET.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server including stored procedures, views and functions and table design.
  • Problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • 2 - 5 years of related experience.
