We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Analyst with expertise in the Financial Institutions (FI) Practice Area to join our Spanish Speaking South America team and collaborate with global teams. As a key member of our knowledge team, you will provide industry and functional expertise, insights, and knowledge assets to support clients and case teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of consulting experience in Banking, Payments & Fintech or Digital in FI areas. Alternatively, candidates with 3+ years of industry experience are also welcome to apply. A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance/Banking, and fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and insights to drive client issues resolution
- Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams, topic/sector leaders & external clients
- Collaborate with local teams and utilize internal and external information resources to gather, filter, synthesize, package and deliver insights
What You'll Bring:
- Proven expertise in assessing financial performance of financial institutions
- Strong business analytics capabilities
- Experience in Banking/FI space (on topics such as Retail Banking, Payments & Fintech, Digital/Tech in FI), SSA market specific expertise
- Fluency in English and Spanish, effective written and verbal communication skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000.
