Job Description:
As a MineStar Suite Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for software/application issues. You will also develop and enhance application features and performance to optimize business operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of MineStar Suite applications, as well as experience with .NET, C#, Power BI, SQL Server, ETL, MS Windows Services, and Servers. Familiarity with Python is a plus. Additionally, you should have strong collaboration and time management skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and writing skills, solid stakeholder engagement and data analysis skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and resolution for both standard and non-standard software/application issues.
- Develop and enhance application features and performance to optimize business operations.
- Ensure optimal performance and user experience of the application.
