Marketing & Content Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team at Kura Biotech. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand's visibility and supporting our marketing efforts with creativity, organization, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, monitor social media channels for industry trends, and engage with our audience.
• Conference Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute our conference plans for three brands, ensuring a cohesive brand presence, handle logistics, schedules, and promotional materials for conferences globally, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event participation.
• Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with daily tasks and support the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

Professional Experience & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of proven experience in social media management and content creation, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn, Instagram), strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team, confidence in communication and proactive problem-solving, especially in coordinating with external partners, and ability to navigate dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
