Potencia tu talento y convertite en un #Axxoner PROJECT MANAGER | ERP - JOIN US Tu experiencia : Licenciatura o título equivalente en administración de empresas, ingeniería u otra disciplina relevante.
Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en el ámbito de tecnología o consultoría. Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos, en especial agiles.
Habilidades sólidas de organización y gestión del tiempo, con capacidad para priorizar tareas y cumplir plazos.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en equipos multidisciplinarios.
Orientación al logro de resultados y capacidad para resolver problemas de forma proactiva.
Conocimiento de herramientas de proyectos por ejemplo Azure Devops (no excluyente).
Tus habilidades mas importantes: • Liderazgo de proyectos • Ingles Upper Intermediate / Avanzado • Capacidad de gestión de equipos multiculturales y amplia experiencia (seniority) • Experiencia con algún ERP (JDE,SAP, Netsuit, Oracle, Peoplesoft etc) • Proactividad y autonomía de trabajo. Tu día a día: Liderar y gestionar los proyectos a su cargo.
Estimar los tiempos y recursos necesarios para el desarrollo de un proyecto.
Cuidar el presupuesto y obtener el mejor rendimiento del mismo.
Establecer un plan del proyecto / Roadmap, controlando su progreso y efectuando el seguimiento de los desvíos.
Administrar los grupos de trabajo a su cargo, motivando a sus integrantes.
Elaborar informes de avance del proyecto, tomando decisiones correctivas o proponiendo soluciones Hacer seguimiento del proyecto, monitoreando tiempos, costos, calidad, riesgos y posibles desviaciones Ser un nexo entre el área de Operaciones y el área de Administración para (Proyección Financiera, Facturación y Cobranza) Asegurar la comunicación a todos los niveles (cliente interno y externo) Ser parte de Axxon tiene sus beneficios: ?
