**Position Summary**:
EnergyX is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual **Part-Time Logistics Coordinator** to manage international and domestic shipments, ensuring seamless operations between our equipment vendors, suppliers, and facilities. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate Shipments**: Oversee international and inter-Chilean shipments, managing transportation from equipment vendors and suppliers to and from EnergyX facilities.
- **Export Documentation**: Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin, ensuring precision and compliance.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with carriers, shippers, and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries, addressing any issues that arise during the process.
- **Compliance**: Ensure export activities adhere to international shipping regulations and company policies, including hazardous materials protocols when applicable.
- **Vendor Relations**: Select and develop relationships with carriers, 3PL partners, and cross-dock service providers, focusing on timely and cost-effective delivery solutions.
- **Process Optimization**: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline the export process, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- **Cost Analysis**: Analyze routing costs to identify opportunities for reducing expenses without compromising quality or timelines
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Work closely with production and purchasing departments to align logistics operations with business needs. Facilitate communication between teams to solve problems and improve processes.
- **Customs Brokerage**: Handle customs brokerage of shipments, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure that all logistics operations comply with applicable regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- University degree, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in **Spanish and English** is required.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and export documentation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools for logistics and documentation management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
