**Responsibilities**:

- Development:_
- Understand project objectives and develop frontend solutions that effectively meet the desired functionality and user experience
- Optimization & Testing:_
- Collaboration & Improvement:_
- Work closely with the development team to review project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Meet project deadlines and deliver final assets in the required formats and specifications
- Continuously seek feedback and opportunities for improvement, incorporating learnings into future projects

**Requirements**:

- Soft Skills:_
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Technical Skills:_
- Proficiency in React, NextJS, and Tailwind CSS
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress is a plus
- Strong understanding of web development best practices, including accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design
- Experience:_
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in frontend development and web technologies
